As of January 1, 2025 Riverbend does charge a fee of 300.00 for Condo Questionnaire completion as well as $200.00 Transfer fee for sales. Insurance policy requests are $100.00
If you are a member of the HOA and are selling your unit, please note that the HOA does not allow events such as an Open House nor does it allow FOR SALE or FOR RENT signs to be displayed in windows, on doors, in common areas, breezeways, or on grounds.
Riverbend HOA does not answer questions from Real estate agents or anyone who is not an HOA MEMBER/OWNER. We do not get involved with the sale on any level other than questions re: insurance from a mortgage holder or insurance agent. All questions concerning the property or unit must be directed to the UNIT OWNER.
